1. HCSO, HCCO Precinct 4, and Spring FD responded to reports of a rollover crash
2. Arriving deputies located a solo vehicle off the roadway, with a sheared power pole and an occupant trapped under the vehicle
3. Vehicle appears to be a yellow jeep
4. per radio traffic, 1 male deceased under the jeep
