1. The suspect has been barricaded inside his residence for almost about 6 hours or more at the 1500 block of Fairwood Way in the city of Upland.

2. The suspect just set the residence on fire.

3. Unknown if the suspect is still barricaded inside the residence.

4. The Upland Fire Department is on the scene.

5. Multiple nearby residences have been evacuated due to the circumstances.
