Innocent Driver Killed After Being Rear Ended By DUI Driver

DETAILS:

1. The male driver of the Volkswagen was traveling at high speed north on the I-805.
2. He slammed into the rear of the Honda, driven by an older male.
3. The Volkswagen driver then hit the center divider.
4. The driver of the Honda ended up on the off-ramp lane to the I-905.
5. The driver of the Honda was found deceased inside the vehicle by the SDFD Firefighters.
6. The driver of the Volkswagen was intoxicated and was lying on the ground.
7. He was then transported to a local hospital for any injuries he may have had.
8. The northbound I-805 is closed at San Ysidro Blvd for the investigation.
