Inglewood: Fire Destroys Home Early Thanksgiving Morning

11.28.2019 | 12:20 AM | INGLEWOOD – A fire destroyed a home, early Thanksgiving morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a residential structure fire in the 2300 block of West 80th Street around 12:20 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a single-story home with heavy smoke and fire showing.

Firefighters attacked the flames and quickly extinguished the fire within 20 minutes.

A male resident who was inside when the fire broke out suffered minor burn injuries and was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
