Illegal Semi Driver Arrested After Lewd Act Along Highway 330

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on April 13, 2026, authorities responded to reports of a disturbing incident involving a semi truck driver along Highway 330 near the middle passing lane in Running Springs.

Witnesses reported seeing a semi truck pulled over in a turnout, where the driver was allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior outside the vehicle. Concerned motorists notified authorities, prompting a response from multiple units.

According to witnesses, the driver attempted to leave the area before traveling further along Highway 330, where he was ultimately stopped by officers and taken into custody.

CHP ran the driver’s information, and the information came back that the driver had a warrant for failure to appear in federal court due to an order to leave the country due to illegal immigrant status.

The suspect was arrested and transported for further processing.

The incident remains under investigation.
