INCIDENT DATE/TIME: Film as of 3PM 7-27-24  (incident from 6ish am 7-26-24)
LOCATION: NB I-15 N of Afton Road
AREA/CITY: Baker
DETAILS:

 

1. Accident Scene Video shows Semi and Trailer on its side.
2. Off gassing of the load can be seen at rear.
3. SOT video had CHP LT and SBCoFire BC
4. Traffic at Harvard is where the 15 is shut down for those who have traveled to this location and are being turned around.
5. There are some scenes of abandoned cars on the side of the road, empty north bound Road
