Hyde Park: Man Critically Injured After Being Shot In The Head

09.09.2019 | 3:20 AM | LOS ANGELES – A man was critically injured after being shot in the head, early Monday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with a person down in the 6000 block of Seventh Avenue in the Hyde Park area around 3:20 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a 35-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his head.

Firefighter paramedics treated male victim on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in critical condition.

Officers cordoned of the area while they investigated the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

No suspect description or motive was immediately available.
