Hyde Park: Car-to-Car Shooting Injures One

08.09.2020 | 3:00 PM | LOS ANGELES – A car-to-car shooting left one person injured, Sunday afternoon.

Authorities responded to reports of shots fired near the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and West 48th Street in the Hyde Park area around 3:00 PM.

Units arriving in the area located a vehicle with a female victim inside that had pulled into a parking lot.

Initial reports indicate the woman was struck when the occupant of another vehicle opened fire.

Firefighter paramedics treated the female victim and transported her to an area hospital. Her condition was unknown.

No additional details regarding the shooting were immediately available.
