Houston: Thugs Open Fire At Police But Strike Innocent Bystander

11.09.2018 | 4:30 PM | HOUSTON – A group of thugs opened fire on a deputy while he sat inside his patrol vehicle but missed, striking a woman at a nearby bus stop, Friday evening.

A Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy was inside his patrol vehicle near the intersection of Gears and Waters roads in Houston when a group of subjects opened fire.

The suspects bullets missed the deputy but struck a woman standing at a nearby bust stop. The deputy immediately treated the woman, applying a tourniquet before she was transported to a nearby hospital.

Incoming deputies chased down the suspects, arresting two. One remains at large.

No description was immediately available of the outstanding suspect.
