Houston: Pursuit Ends At Emergency Room Entrance

11.11.2018 | 6:40 PM | HOUSTON – An irate woman led officers on a pursuit before stopping at the entrance of an emergency room, Sunday afternoon.

Officers attempted to initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the southwest area of Houston around 6:40 PM after determining the driver had an outstanding warrant for child abuse. The driver of the vehicle fled and officers initiated pursuit.

The suspect led officers on a low-speed pursuit for approximately 30 minutes before pulling into the emergency room entrance of Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in the 7600 block of Beechnut Street.

The female was then taken into custody without major incident.
