Houston Police Investigate Fatal Shooting At Gas Station

DETAILS:

1. HPD and HFD responded to reports of a shooting
2. arriving units located a male with at least 1 gunshot wound
3. male was pronounced deceased at scene by HFD
4. prelim info- Male clerk was shot and killed by 3 assailants inside the gas station
5. suspects backed in at the gas station, and 1 entered
6. 2 additional suspects entered and began firing at the clerk
7. clerk appears to have been armed but unknown if he discharged his firearm
