Houston: Family Displaced After Stubborn House Fire
08.19.2019 | 3:07 AM | HOUSTON – A family of four was displaced after a stubborn fire burned through their home, early Monday morning.
Authorities responded to reports of a residential structure fire in the 200 block of Noras Lane around 3:07 AM.
Crews arriving on scene located a single story residence with heavy smoke and fire showing and initiated an aggressive fire attack.
A family of four living inside the residence were able to escape without injury but were displaced as a result of the fire.
Initial reports indicate the family was smoking a brisket on the back patio overnight when the fire broke out.
The Red Cross was called to the scene to assist the family.
