Houston: Convenience Store Clerk Killed By Gunman

11.10.2018 | 8:25 PM | HOUSTON – A convenience store clerk was killed by a gunman who fled the scene, Saturday night.

Police responded around 8:25 PM to a reported shooting at the Metro Foot Mart in the 1000 block of Witte Road.

Officers arriving on scene found the store’s clerk, a 48-year-old male, deceased from apparent bullet wounds.

Homicide detectives responded and are scouring the scene for possible leads.

A suspect description or possible motive was not immediately available.
