Houston Ambulance Crashes, Multiple Injured

11.09.2020 | 03:50 AM | HOUSTON – Houston Police Department is investigating a crash involving a HFD ambulance a Frito-Lay truck and a sedan. At this time only minor injuries have been reported on all parties involved. At this time no one has been transported by ambulance. It was reported the HFD ambulance was responding to a medical call with lights and sirens. The the ambulance arrived at this intersection they had a red light. The Frito-Lay truck had the green light. The two collided which caused the ambulance to head into on coming traffic into a sedan that was waiting for the red light. The ambulance came to a stop on the curb. The HFD ambulance had two occupants, the sedan had two occupants and the Frito-Lay truck had just the driver. The investigation is on going.
