Horrible Fatal Wreck on the I-405 | Culver City

12.13.2021 | 2:51 AM | CULVER CITY – Authorities responded to reports of a physical rescue freeway crash on the I-405. First arriving units located a sedan with major damage and one patient inside. The patient inside the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. It appears the victim is possibly a female, although CHP has not released official details. The vehicle and a big rig had collided, which was about a quarter mile down the freeway. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
