Hooligans On Dirt Bikes, ATVs Take Over Freeways and Streets | Riverside

08.22.2021 | 5:30 PM | RIVERSIDE – CHP was behind a group of 50 or 60 offroad vehicles. The off-road vehicles can be seen doing wheelies and taking over the streets or riverside. One ATV brokedown doing the take over the rider quickly jumping on anther atv leaving his bike behind. The ATV was taken for evidence by CHP. At one point the offroad vehicle lost officers by going down a dirt road forcing them to make a u-turn. The rider was picked back later by officers around Van Buren Blvd. The riders entered the 215 freeway southbound at Van Buren Blvd. The Riders forced some drivers to pull over.
