Homicide Investigation In East Harris County TX

 

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 2-12-25 / 9:30 pm
LOCATION: 13222 Ellesmere Dr
AREA/CITY: East Harris County
DETAILS:

1. HCSO deputies responded to a 911 in progress call.
2.  A family member of the house came home and found his step mother unresponsive in the garage to unknown injuries. He called 911.
3. The callers step brother was home and he observed him with a hammer. He wasn’t really speaking to him and was acting in different.
4. The caller kept his distance.
5. When deputies arrived they observed the male with a hammer. He was detain and cooperative with deputies.
6. The mother was pronounced deceased.
7. It is possible the hammer may have been used in the murder.
8. It’s unclear if there was anyone else in the house at the time of the incident.
