Homeowner Shoots and Kills Burglar | Fontana

03.05.2022 | 11:00 PM | FONTANA – On March 5th, 2022, just before 11PM a man attempted to break-in to a home on Cypress Ave and Baseline Rd in the City of Fontana. The homeowner was home and called 911 shortly before gun fire erupted between the burglar and the homeowner. The homeowner shot and killed the intruder. According to homeowner, several guns were stolen that morning. Its unclear if the deceased suspect was involved in that incident. Police said that the suspect, only described as a Hispanic man in his late 20s to early 30s, was found with the gun in his hand with gloves and a face mask.
