Homeless Fire Destroys Several Vehicles | Chula Vista

02.26.2022 | 4:00 PM | CHULA VISTA – A fire of unknown cause broke out in an RV/Boat Junkyard with over 50 Homeless people are living in very poor and unhealthy conditions.

There have been numerous fires here and at least one death has occurred here in a fire.

The City of Chula Vista has done nothing about this property and its owner.

This fire burned up several RVs and a cement truck.

In previous fires, there has been violence as the homeless have come out armed and started to attack people, so the CVPD officers armed themselves with rifles to protect the firefighters.

These people were refusing to evacuate but the officers and firefighters got most of the homeless out of harm’s way.

No injuries were reported.

The CVFD Fire Investigators are going to investigate the cause of this fire.
