Homeless Encampment Fire Spreads to Carport Destroying Multiple Cars

DETAILS:

1. First responders were dispatched to reports of a fire with multiple cars involved.
2. The first arriving engine confirmed a carport was fully involved with at least 3 vehicles also burning.
3. LACoFD called for additional resources.
4. Carson Sheriffs Immediately started evacuating a nearby apartment complex.
5. Multiple citizens reported the fire was started by a homeless encampment behind the carport.
