Homeless Camps and RVs Burn in River-bottom Fire

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1-7-24, approximately 5 a.m.
LOCATION: Riverside Ave and Key
AREA/CITY: Colton

San Bernardino County Fire and Cal Fire Riverside County are fighting a fire in the Santa Ana River Bottom. The initial assessment was that the fire was one acre with the potential for 20 plus.  At this time, there are strong winds pushing the fire through several homeless camps, including RV vehicles and motorcycles.
