DETAILS:
- At around 11:31 pm, reports of a prowler came into 911 at the address listed above.
- The caller stated that the suspect was actively kicking down the door.
- Deputies quickly arrived and surrounded the property.
- They located the suspect sitting on a fence at the rear of the property.
- The suspect yelled slurs and cursed at the deputies in Spanish.
- After some time, the suspect attempted to climb down the fence.
- A Deputy quickly grabbed him, and he was arrested.
- At one point during the arrest, the suspect spit at several deputies.
- A Spit Mask was placed over his face.
- The homeowners reported no injuries.
- SDSO is investigating.
