Hollywood: Man Gunned Down At Metro Red Line Station

08.29.2019 | 9:30 PM | LOS ANGELES – A man was injured after being gunned down at a Metro Red Line station, Thursday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting at the Metro Red Line station located at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Western Avenue around 9:30 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics treated the victim on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in unknown condition.

The station was partially closed while authorities searched for the shooter, described as a male hispanic in his 20s.
