Hit & Run Driver Crashes Into House | Florence

05.09.2021 | 11:50 PM | FLORENCE – Residents inside a home were rudely awakened to an SUV that plowed into the front of the house at 333 E Manchester Avenue.

Authorities received the calls regarding a solo vehicle that struck the house shortly after 11:50 PM. Arriving units found one solo white hatchback SUV halfway into the house, apparently striking a bedroom

It is unclear if anyone inside was injured, however the driver of the vehicle did flee the scene. Firefighters requested building & safety to the location to assess the integrity of the building.

Traffic officers are on scene and will continue to investigate.
