High Speed Crash Claims Two Lives

1. For an unknown reason, two males in the flipped car were northbound on D Ave and hit a parked car.
2. The car was sent into a second parked car.
3. The victim’s car flipped onto its side.
4. Firefighters and Officers responded, and a rescue was started.
5. One male was pulled out within a few minutes and was declared deceased.
6. The second male was more challenging to reach, and that male was declared deceased also.
7. D Ave was closed between 16th St and 18th St. for the investigation.
8. There is debris at the 18th Street side of the street, and it hit the dip in the street, losing control and traveling down to its final resting spot.
