DETAILS:
- The Line Fire continues its explosive behavior as it tears through the forest.
- On the north side of the fire near Running Springs, the fire has now completely flanked the town of Running Springs and is making a powerful run to the northeast of Keller Peak moving northeast.
- The opposite side of the highway has explosive activity as the fire continues its move towards and around Highway 38.
- The major concern now is for the towns of Forest Falls and Angles Oaks.
- Fire has been mapped early this morning at 21,202 acres.\
- Helicopters have been using Lake Arrowhead as their dipping site all night and all day.
- Dozens of spectators are watching multiple helipcopters drop down and draft water.
- The helicopters were so close to the shore that the mist created by the rotors drenched people.
