1. The new storm is here and is immediately bringing heavy snow to the San Bernardino Mountains down as far as. 5800 ft.
2. Just as commuter traffic starts to peak as people flock up the mountain to rush home to big bear up highway 18 due to the highway 38 closure.
3. As we have learned from previous storms, it does not take much snow to force dozens of spin outs in a short amount of time.
4. A winter weather warning has been issued for all areas above 6500 ft in the san bernardino mountains.
