Head On Mass Causality Traffic Collision | Fullerton

04.14.2022 | 10:09 PM | FULLERTON – Fullerton Police Department and Fullerton Fire Department responded to a multi vehicle traffic collision. When they arrived they found 3 vehicles that had crashed, 2 of the vehicles, head on. A total of 3 trauma patients were transported to local area hospitals with unknown injuries. At this time it is unknown how the accident occurred. The Battalion Chief called it an MCI due to the severity of the accident and the number or patients with injuries.
