1. A Van an SUV hit each other head on while traveling opposite directions on Rainier Ave
2. Multiple people had to be extricated from vehicles with at least one in life threatening condition
3. The roof had to be cut off the worst one and multiple others were transported via AMR
4. It was not clear at the time which vehicle was at fault or what led that driver into oncoming traffic
