1. On March 22nd, 2025, at about 2:18 AM, San Bernardino PD, County Fire, and AMR responded to a reported traffic collision with fire at North Kendall Drive and North Brookfield Street in San Bernardino.
2. The unit located a two-vehicle, head-on collision with one vehicle well involved with fire.
3. A total of 3 people were transported, with one person having major injuries.
4. The cause of the collision is under investigation by San Bernardino PD.
