Head-On Collision With Major Injuries | Spring Valley

06.07.2021 | 9:49 AM | SPRING VALLEY – The female driver of the Nissan was eastbound on Jamacha Blvd with her 5-year-old child.

For unknown reasons, she crossed the double yellow lines and collided head-on into another vehicle with two men inside, who were westbound.

The woman and child had to be extricated from the wreckage by the firefighters. The Fire Dept. said there were 4 major injuries, the CHP said one major and 3 other injuries.

The child was transported to Rady Childrens’ Hospital with a head injury. Jamacha Blvd will be closed until approx 12:30 pm for the investigation.
