Head-On Collision on Highway 6 | Fatal Accident and Multiple Injuries

1. West Side Division received a call about a major accident.
2. Officers arrived on the scene to find that a Jeep heading northbound on Highway 6, had crossed the median for an unknown reason.
3. The Jeep subsequently hit a silver Mercedes head-on that was heading southbound on Highway 6.
4. The Jeep was occupied by four individuals – a male, a female, a teenager, and a child.
5. The male occupant of the Jeep was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Houston Fire Department.
6. The three other individuals in the Jeep were transported to a local hospital, their conditions are unknown at this time.
7. The driver of the Mercedes was also transported to a local hospital, their condition is also currently unknown.
