Guns Recovered After Pursuit Crash | Rialto

04.28.2022 | 12:15 AM | RIALTO – At Around midnight rialto PD attempted to make a traffic stop on a golden colored sedan. The vehicle immediately fled and the pursuit began. The vehicle fled police and the pursuit ended at Easton Square apartments at east highland and E. easton rd The vehicle plowed threw the entrance/exit gate and TC’d destroying the gate and their own vehicle and damaging a near by residents parked car. The suspect immediately fled the scene on foot. Two of the suspects were captured immediately and taken into custody. Then began a long search by ground and by helicopter that lasted over an hour and spanned about a mile radius of the incident. It is unknown if the other two suspects were captured. It was reported by the leading officer that the suspects had tossed multiple guns during the pursuit. Three guns were recovered but a fourth is believed to exist but unconfirmed. The recovered hand guns and assault weapons as seen in the footage. The incident is still under investigation. No further details are known at this time.
