Granada Hills: Firefighters Protect Homes From

06.23.2020 | 3:45 PM | LOS ANGELES – Firefighters battled a 5-acre brush fire and protected nearby homes, Tuesday evening.

Authorities responded to reports of a brush fire burning behind a home in the 17300 block of Signature Drive in the Granada Hills area around 3:45 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a fire burning in medium to heavy brush behind the homes.

Firefighters attacked the blaze from the air and ground and contained the fire to about 5-acres with no damage to any homes.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
