Gorman: MCI Crash With 25+ Vehicles Critically Injures 7-Year-Old
03.23.2019 | 2:49 PM | GORMAN – A pile-up crash involving 25-30 cars left several people, including a 7-year-old boy, critically injured, Saturday afternoon.
Authorities responded to reports of the pile-up crash on the southbound I-5 Freeway two miles north of Gorman around 2:49 PM.
Units arriving on scene discovered multiple vehicles involved with weather severely limiting visibility.
Multiple agencies responded to assist in handling the massive pileup.
Several injuries were reported, including a 7-year-old boy who was in critical condition, however the full extent was not immediately known.
Traffic was expected to remain at a standstill while officers worked to clear the roadway.
