Gnarly Crash Kills 2, Injures Infant | Highlands

01.08.2021 | 10:00 PM | HIGHLANDS – HCSO units were dispatched to reports of a head on crash. Both drivers, a female and male adult were both pronounced deceased at the scene. A infant girl was transported by Life Flight in the critical condition. It was reported the black 4 door Chevy Silverado, with a male driver, was traveling southbound on S Main st at a high rate of speed. A white 4 door Chevy Silverado, with a female driver and infant girl properly restraint in the back seat behind the driver, was traveling northbound on S Main st. The black truck failed to remain in his lane and both trucks collided head on. There was a strong odor of alcohol coming from the male driver. Investigation is underway.
