Garden Grove: Armed Robber Steals Cash Register From Restaurant

01.02.2019 | 8:30 PM | GARDEN GROVE – A man with a gun entered a fast food restaurant and stole a cash register, Wednesday night.

Police responded to reports of a robbery at the Weinerschnitzel in the 13000 block of Harbor Boulevard around 8:30 PM.

Officers arriving on scene learned that a man wearing a ski mask entered the establishment before displaying a handgun and grabbing a cash register.

The armed bandit then fled on foot with the cash register.

Police searched the area but did not immediately locate the man or the cash register.
