FULLERTON: SUV Towing A Truck Overturned On The Freeway

INCIDENT DATE/TIME:5-28-25, 11:08 p.m.
LOCATION: SB 57 Freeway, just after Chapman Ave.
AREA/CITY: Fullerton
DETAILS:

  1. Fullerton Fire Department and California Highway Patrol, Santa Ana office responded to a traffic collision involving several vehicles and at least one overturned with occupants trapped.
  2. When units arrived on scene they found two vehicles overturned. One was an SUV the other was a pickup truck that was on a trailer being towed by the SUV.
  3. There were three other vehicles involved.
  4. CHP closed all lanes except.for one due to debris on the road.
  5. Two patients were transported by AMR to a local area hospital, suffering from unknown injuries.
  6. The crash is under investigation.
