Fremont: Country Nightclub Shooting Leaves One Dead

11.21.2018 | 11:45 PM | FREMONT – A shooting at a popular country nightclub left at least one dead, late Wednesday night.

Police and fire officials responded to reports of a shooting at the Saddle Rack Nightclub located in the 42000 block of Boscell Road shortly around 11:45 PM.

Units arriving on scene discovered a victim down in the parking lot of the establishment suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Firefighter paramedics arriving on scene shortly after pronounced the victim deceased on scene.

Staff and patrons of the nightclub reported fleeing in fear of a potential active shooter situation.

A large perimeter was established as police investigated the shooting and searched for the potential shooter.
