At approximately 10:11 p.m. on June 24, 2026, California Highway Patrol officers, San Bernardino County Fire, and AMR responded to a serious rollover crash on the southbound 215 Freeway north of University Parkway in San Bernardino.
Emergency crews arrived to find a single vehicle approximately 50 feet off the right shoulder of the freeway, overturned and heavily damaged.
A total of four occupants were involved in the crash. One person suffered major injuries and was transported to a local hospital, while two others sustained minor injuries. A fourth occupant declined medical transport at the scene.
According to witnesses, the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed moments before the driver lost control and left the roadway.
The crash caused approximately 30 feet of guardrail to be destroyed before the vehicle came to rest off the freeway.
No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
CHP remained on scene investigating the cause of the crash and documenting evidence.
