Four Hurt After Fiery Crash in Santa Ana

12.05.2020 | 8:07 AM | SANTA ANA – Four people were hospitalized after a high speed crash into a power pole Saturday night.

Authorities were called to the intersection of McFadden Ave & Harbor Blvd in Santa Ana just after 8 PM regarding the solo vehicle collision.

Authorities arrived to find a large amount of debris across all lanes of McFadden Avenue just west of Harbor Blvd and the vehicle fully engulfed in flames.

At least four people were located outside the vehicle and transported to area hospitals. One was critically injured and three sustained moderate injuries.

Additional circumstances regarding the crash were not immediately clear or available at the scene.

A SIG Alert was issued for all lanes of McFadden Ave at Harbor Blvd for hours and into the morning as power crews worked to restore the power box and pole that were struck.
