Florence: Firefighters Battle Early Morning House Fire

07.05.2020 | 12:03 AM | LOS ANGELES – An house fire that broke out was quickly extinguished, early Sunday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a residential structure fire burning in the 200 block of West 60th Street in the Florence area around 12:03 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a single-story home with smoke and fire showing from the attic.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames within 20 minutes and prevent the fire from spreading.

The cause of the fire is under investigation but fireworks were rampant in the areas surrounding.
