Flooded Highway Causes Accident (Caught On Camera) | San Diego

02.17.2022 | 5:36 AM | SAN DIEGO – The driver of an EDCO trash truck hit and sheared off a fire hydrant in the parking lot of the Cox Communications campus. The water flowed down to the Euclid Ave off-ramp from westbound Hwy 94. As it was dark, drivers coming off of the freeway couldn’t see the flooded off-ramp and there was at least one van that got flooded and was partially blocking the traffic lane and there was one accident caught on video (2:46).
