Flash Flooding, Heavy Down Pour & Lightning in Big Bear

DETAILS:
- Big bear as of 2:45 is getting absolutely slammed with heavy rain and flash flooding.
- THe cells started to develop around 1:30 PM, in the arctic circle area of highway 18 and traveled into big bear and now for over an hour has not stopped.
- Areas all through out highway 18 from boulder bay into big bear are beginning to experience heavy flash flooding.
- Rocks, much and deep massive water build up is started to impede traffic.
- Further more lightning is also slamming the entire are with strikes every 10-15 seconds but the bolts themselves are blocked by clouds making the only visual of the lightning just a flash.
