Five Killed in Violent, Fiery Crash | Point Mugu

11.06.2022 | 4:24 AM | POINT MUGU – Oxnard City and U.S. Navy Fire Departments responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash blocking both lanes of SR-1 just north of Mugu Rock.

When crews arrived on scene, they found two vehicles fully-engulfed in the roadway.

The fires were quickly extinguished and firefighters began searching for victims.

The solo occupant of the blue sedan was found deceased inside and all four occupants in what appears to be a small SUV were found incinerated inside.

CHP Ventura is handling the investigation.
