1. LAFD responded to a report of a woman stuck in the middle of Macarthur Lake
2. The woman was holding onto a cement ring around a fountain in the center of the lake
3. Firefighters utilized a boat to gain access to the woman
4. After a brief struggle the woman was rescued
5. LAFD transported the female to an area hospital for unknown injuries
