Firefighters Rescue Elderly from House Fire in Diamond Bar

DETAILS:

1. LAcoFD and LASD responded to a two-story house Fire at 22901 Estoril Dr in the city of Diamond Bar.

2. Once firefighters arrived on scene they located a two-story house with heavy smoke, showing from the second story.

3. Family members told firefighters that there was an elderly person on the second floor that was trapped.

4. Firefighters located the elderly victim and carried her out to paramedics.

5. Unknown at this time if the victim was breathing when being transported.

6. Firefighters brought out a bucket that was smoking. Unknown if that was the cause of the fire.

7. Per Los Angeles County Fire Department radio traffic firefighters inside said the condition of the house was pack-rat
