1. A house fire was reported this afternoon January 31, 2024, at 12:41 PM at 975 Horizon Blvd in Socorro.
2. San Elizario Fire, Clint Fire along with other agencies responded to the scene including the El Paso Electric Company and Socorro PD.
3. According to a source, the home was abandoned at the time of the fire.
4. At this time no reports of any injuries.
5. It took firefighters nearly two hours to completely extinguish the fire.
