Firefighters Extinguish Abandoned House Fire | Ventura

04.12.2022 | 1:05 AM | VENTURA – Ventura City and County Fire crews responded to a reported fire at an abandoned residence at 231 E Thompson Blvd.

When crews arrived on scene, they found heaving fire coming from the attic to the rear of the residence.

Firefighters made an aggressive attack and had the fire knocked down in less than 25 minutes.

Crews responded to this same location back in early February for another fire in a detached structure to the rear.

The cause is unknown at this time.
