2. Upon arrival there were flames coming out from the apartment
3. Fire escalated to 2nd alarm
4. Fire has been mitigated
5. No injuries or fatalities
6. Wind played a factor in the fire
7. Arson is doing an investigation to determine cause of fire
8. 10 apartment units were affected
